Information We Collect

If you join our Xclub rewards program (in person at our facility) or establish an online account, we will store your account information, which may include the previously mentioned personal information, as well as your username, password, and gaming and entertainment activity and preferences for future use.

How We Use Personal Information

Conduct Transactions and Manage Customer Accounts. We use personal information to fulfill requests for transactions, reservations, and event registrations, perform our contractual obligations to you, establish Xclub and online accounts, and to charge and bill for services. We also use personal information to contact account holders regarding their account status, changes to their account agreement, promotions, sweepstakes, and special offers. We also use personal information to improve visitors' experience, track and maintain wagering or gaming results, and other matters relating to delivering our programs and services to you.

Verify Identity. We use your date of birth to verify your age and may use other personal information to verify your identity, state of residence, and to take measures to confirm you eligibility to participate in the activities you select.

How We Use Cookies

Surveillance camera output is monitored by our employees and contractors and may be viewed by law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

Telephone Recording

We may utilize audio recording of telephone calls you have with Parx call centers to comply with applicable law and to optimize patron experience. Telephone recordings are monitored by our employees and contractors and may be reviewed by law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

Age Policy

We have no intention of collecting any personal information (including address, telephone number, or email address) from individuals under 18 years of age. If a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, a parent or guardian of that child should contact us at the email or mailing address listed in the section titled "How to Contact Us." With the exception of our racing and pari-mutuel operations that do not offer sports wagering, where the legal age is 18, persons under the age of 21 are not allowed to gamble at our properties, use our Websites, accept or redeem offers related to gaming, or participate in or win contests.
